All Giclée prints and original paintings will be packaged in postal tubes.
The recipient is wholly responsible for the payment of any import duty and taxes and it is their responsibility to find out if these will apply to their order.

All import duties and local charges, payable in the recipients country, are to be paid in full by the recipient.
Refunds will not be provided, where the recipient has failed or refuses to pay all import duties and local charges in the recipients country, on goods ordered or supplied.

My pure watercolour paintings are shipped worldwide. All paintings are packed securely. All commissions are sent tracked and signed.

UK Unframed
Tracked shipping within the UK FREE Delivery upto 10kg.
These are tracked and require a signature. I will email you the tracking number and let you know when to expect delivery.
Worldwide Unframed
Tracked shipping worldwide from £15.00 depending on size and weight.
In the UK, I use Royal Mail First class signed for, for smaller commission paintings and Parcelforce Express24 for larger commission paintings.

International orders are sent Parcelforce Global Value (5-10 working days)
Please note that customs charges may apply to international orders, which is payable on receipt of goods.
